Do I need experience to take a Pilates class?
Not at all! Pilates is for everyone. Our classes are designed to accommodate a variety of fitness levels, and we'll help you learn the fundamentals as you build strength, mobility, and confidence.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted athletic wear works best so your instructor can help ensure proper alignment. Grip socks are recommended and may be required for equipment classes.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself, water, and a positive attitude! We provide the all the equipment you'll need.
How is Pilates different from yoga?
While both practices improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness, Pilates focuses more on core strength, alignment, stability, and controlled movement patterns.
Will Pilates help with back pain?
Many people find that Pilates helps improve posture, core strength, and movement patterns that can support a healthier back. If you have an injury or medical condition, please let your instructor know before class.
Which class is right for me?

Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?

How often should I take Pilates classes?

What equipment is used in Pilates classes?
